The competition took place at Joseph B. Martin Conference Center, Harvard Medical School, sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC, State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and Shenzhen Municipal Government, organized by the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Shenzhen, Pingshan District Government of Shenzhen and the Science and Technology Innovation Committee of Shenzhen, and implemented by CRI.
